How much is shipping and by what method is merchandise shipped?
Shipping is based on both destination (ZIP CODE) and total package weight. It
will usually work out to be a $3.50 base rate as well as 15% of the order subtotal for UPS Ground shipping.
Example: You order a jacket at $26.99. Take 15% of the $26.99. This is $4.04. Then add $3.50. So the
shipping on the leather jacket would be $7.54. Also < There is a
$7.50 Handling fee for Orders under $150.00. We Prefer UPS
shipping, And it will be what ever the freight cost are to your Zip
code! We do Not have any hidden Charges, All large orders
that require Trucking, will be checked at time of order to be able

Absolutely not, our prices are low because we order in large quantities and not because we sell
defective merchandise. Every item we sell is new and comes with a manufacturers warranty against defects. |

Does starwholesale.com accept international orders?
Yes, Unfortunately we no longer accept international orders via credit card. All international
orders shipped outside the US must be paid in full via International Money Order or Wire Transfer
before the goods are mailed.

I placed an order, why did I not receive an invoice when it arrived?
We handle an incredible volume of drop ship orders. We are unable to "Snail Mail" order
invoices for any orders due to this large volume. On all orders, including drop ship orders, you will
receive an email acknowledging successful processing so you know your order went through, this emailed
receipt should be kept for your records. |
